I ordered a loungewear set from this company, it arrived rather quickly. I decided to return the item. The package has now been lost as this place is located in the middle of nowhere. I have emailed the company many times and they have failed to accommodate any of my requests or provide me a refund. I have only ordered an item once from this company and following this experience I will not be ordering anything again from here again!
Very bad customer service! Received a faulty set and was told it was out of stock.
I requested to order another set and to have free postage for the inconvenience and was told I had to order the same set in different colour otherwise I would have to pay for postage!
Requested a manager to call me and was told the manager was on holiday but would call me ASAP when they returned but have had no contact at all.
Really disappointed at such poor customer service.
Update: as you can see from the customer service reply NO mention of the requested manger call back! Again very bad customer serivice

I ordered several pieces, two of which were too small when they arrived (sizing of trousers could be better). Unfortunately, there is no free returns however, customer service was swift to respond and very helpful. I am now awaiting my new products and I’m extremely happy with the ones I kept! Getting loads of compliments on the colours. Thanks guys!
This was my first order from here and I will definitely be ordering again the quality is amazing, I ordered 2 lounge wear sets and they are absolutely gorgeous and so soft delivery was so quick too, I highly recommend and will be ordering again.
I have ordered from Glamify a few times and have always been very impressed by the quality and price.
One thing I have noticed is the sizing is very small even when you’re ordering bigger sizes.
Overall great company, and product.

I am in love with glamifyfashion. The lounge wear sets we bought are made with amazing quality and so many cute comfy styles to choose from. The shipping was fast and customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this shop you will not be disappointed. I will be purchasing again and again thank you glamifyfashion.
I had never heard of Glamify before, so when I came across them on a friend’s Instagram I was so happy as they do the most gorgeous stuff. Being 4ft11 I find it quite hard to find clothes that fit me but found their loungewear and tracksuit bottoms fit perfectly. I will most definitely be ordering from them again as they’ve been so helpful, really lovely over email and have sent me a replacement straight away for an item that had a tiny problem with it. Most definitely recommend them and the quality of their clothes. Emma x
